I recommend, had special experience here.
The hotel was in an ideal and nice location next to a real palace and the airport. I found there variety of restaurants to eat, like Dar Batha that is only 5 minutes' walk away. I greatly enjoyed convenient placing of a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a personal safe in the suite.

The riad itself. It is beautiful.
The hotel does not tell you the price of their service/coffee, etc. You may pay more than it's fair amount.

Ideal location - short way from everywhere we needed. Also, the area was particularly good. Liked the room, it was brand-new and big with bidet and the bathroom, as for instance...

This Riad is a stunningly beautiful building with ornate feature work evident everywhere. Nice Pool, pleasant roof garden area. Good breakfast. Staff very helpful.
We were encouraged to have dinner at Riad on first night ( Friday ) and advised there would be nothing open elsewhere. Dinner was large and delicious although very expensive and most restaurants elsewhere were indeed open. Any extras ordered ( coffee for instance ) were also very expensive. Bed very hard and uncomfortable. Internet not available anywhere ( not as advertised ) except main area downstairs and then not always working.

The Riad was well located, not far from the closest Medina gate. The hotel foyer area is very attractive and we were offered upgraded rooms, since there were so few guests at the time. The pool was a great way to cool down after the July heat. We changed our booking datails, arriving and leaving a day early and the staff were happy to accommodate this change.
We felt that our every movement was being watched as it was so quiet, which was a bit disconcerting. The bathroom looked fabulous but the shower over the claw foot bath was impractical and there was nowhere to put things. The airconditioner leaked in the second room so an alternative was offered, which was small, stuffy and noisy if the windows were opened.
